In 2023 lucky joined KPME consulting Engineers as an associates Director, reinforcing the company directors with the knowledge and expertise as a professional quantity surveyor. He has been working in the Construction implementation of projects field for over two decades (23 years).

His core function to KPME Consulting Engineers are to advise engineers to compile scope, which meet the requirements of the select contract type, Develop and manage dispute resolution strategies and Provide guidance under GCC, FIDIC, JBCC and NEC.

In 2001 he joined Davis Langdon Farrow Laing Quantity Surveyor Consultant and spent two and half years working as a junior quantity surveyor in building projects (feasibility study, scoping report, tender document preparation and Project management).

In 2004 he joined WBHO Construction as a site quantity surveyor. During his three years there, he was involved with various projects and gained a significant exposure in building and roads projects.

In 2007 he joined ESKOM Holding (Pty) Ltd as senior quantity surveyor. During his fifteen years there, he works in various positions (Contract Manager, Discipline Package manager in civil work, Deputy Claim Manager, Discipline Package Manager in Project management, Chief Contract Manager).

In November 2020 he rose to the position of Chief Contract Advisor and Quantity Surveyor and gained a significant exposure to various projects such as (Medupi Power station and Kusile Power Station), his core areas were ( develop and review tender document prior to publication to market, Act as a lead financial negotiator on the establishment of contracts, Act as a negotiator prior to dispute being referred to adjudication, Assist legal in formulating a response or submission to adjudication, arbitration and litigation)
